China Starts Application for Export Licence of Minor Metals in 2012

Ministry of Commerce (MOC)released on November 11 the initiation of licence application for exporting indium, molybdenum and tin in 2012.

The newly announced export quotas for tin, tungsten, antimony and molybdenum in 2012 by MOC on October 31 all go lower from 2011.
