| China's
production of refined copper in February rose 9.5 percent from a year
earlier to 437,000 tonnes, the National Bureau of Statistics said on
Friday.
Primary aluminium production stood at 1.54
million tonnes in February, up 15.7 percent from a year earlier.
China is the world's leading producer and
consumer of refined copper and primary aluminium.
