Shanxi Coking Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanxi 3D Reed and Shanxi Luhe Group Yuanzhong Coking, marking a solid step in coke capacity integration work of Shanxi Coking Group.
According to the agreement, the three parties intend to integrate the industry through capacity replacement, jointly set up a new company, and inject the coke production capacity of 3D Reed and Yuanzhong Coking into the new company, to build a construction project of 1.7 million tons of annual coke capacity.
Shanxi Coking (Group) Co., Ltd is a leading enterprise in China to produce commercial coke products. The company is mainly engaged in coal processing, coal washing, coking, fine chemicals, fertilizer, cement, etc. It is a large-scale coal chemical comprehensive utilization enterprise.
Shanxi 3D Reed Coking Co., Ltd. is located in Coking Industrial Park, Zhaocheng Town, Hongdong County, Linfen City. The company is mainly engaged in the sales of coke and related chemical products, the production of coke and related chemical products.
Yuanzhong Coking Co., Ltd. is also located in Coking Industrial Park, Zhaocheng Town, Hongdong County, Linfen City. The business scope of this company includes the export business of the company's products and technologies as well as the mechanical equipment required by the company. At the same time, the company also distributes coke, sulfur, crude benzene and so on.
