Scrap price in Hebei province softens on Monday.
Then 6-10mm HMS2 in Tangshan is relatively stable at 2750 yuan per ton, flat from the previous trading day.
Meanwhile, scrap traders are waiting for price rising, for the reason of the environmental protection and more strict production limitations in the weekend, plus rising prices of billet and finished products. Steel makers, however, are waiting for the further market developments.
