Scrap price in Hebei province softens on Thursday.
Then 6-10mm HMS2 in Tangshan is relatively stable at 2750 yuan/t, flat from the previous trading day.
Meanwhile, the scarp price drops slightly on the overall market, and for sellers, they are waiting for the further market developments, due to the tight scrap supply, slack arrival of goods to steel mills, price fluctuations at a low level in finished-products, less profits for steelmaking, and reducing production in some electric furnace plants in Southwest China.
