On January 20, 2020, Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd released its preannouncement of performance report of 2019. It is estimated that the net profit ranged from 384 million yuan to 564 million yuan, down 63%-75% on year.
During the period of this performance report, coking industry underwent ups and downs, and domestic metcoke market started to plunge from the second quarter of 2019. Prices of metcoke and chemical products fluctuated wildly, and selling prices in 2019 showed a downward trend.
