Following the successful rolling of single-sided stainless clad sheet , Shengyang Group achieves another breakthrough! Through the joint efforts of the Group's Steel Rolling Division and Intelligent Equipment Division, the rolling of double-sided stainless clad sheet has been successfully realized. Experimental tests have confirmed the excellent performance of the product.
After overcoming technical challenges in the early stages, Shengyang Group has made initial progress in the welding process of single-sided stainless clad sheet. In this exploration of the double-sided stainless clad sheet process, the company's R&D and technical teams collaborated to address the core difficulties related to heating temperature and welding techniques. A meticulous implementation plan was formulated, leading to the successful realization of the entire production process of double-sided stainless clad sheet , from raw material production to billet assembling and rolling.
As of now, Shengyang Group has mastered the technology for both single-sided and double-sided stainless clad sheet, providing high-quality raw materials for downstream cold rolling. Compared to single-sided stainless clad sheet, the rolling process and technical requirements for double-sided stainless clad sheet are more stringent. The successful trial rolling of double-sided stainless clad sheet has laid a solid foundation for further exploration of high-end stainless steel material composites in the future.
