Recently, with the final batch of heavy rails loaded and shipped, HBIS
Group Hansteel's export of 14,000 tons of 60E1 specification R260
premium heavy rails to Nigeria has been successfully delivered. The
quality fully meets the requirements of European standards and these
products are intended for use in local railway construction projects in
Nigeria.
Leveraging the integrated advantages of production, sales, research, and
application, Handan Steel has extensively communicated and coordinated
with China Railway Corporation. While continuously increasing the supply
of heavy rail products to the national railway system, efforts have been
consistently directed towards expanding overseas markets and organizing
export contracts. Actively engaging in overseas railway construction
projects aims to further enhance the sales volume of heavy rails.
The technical marketing team at Handan Steel has intensified
communication and benchmarking with customers. In response to stringent
internal and external quality requirements and delivery schedules for
European standard rails, they have optimized the formulation of process
controls, production organization, and product shipment plans.
Specifically, technicians have established various process assurance
measures from smelting to rolling, including optimized addition of raw
materials, adjustment of smelting slag systems, improved protective
casting, adjustment of billet heating times, and optimization of
universal rolling processes. These steps aim to enhance the cleanliness
and appearance quality of billets, reinforced quality control during
loading, shipping, and other stages, ultimately ensuring the timely and
high-quality delivery of products to customers. |
