The review, triggered by representatives of the domestic industry, involves evaluating the necessity of sustaining trade defense measures and forecasting any potential harm to local industries if these measures are revoked.
The investigation, commenced on September 30, 2023, involves the dispatch of inquiry questionnaires to manufacturers, exporters, and related stakeholders, officially issued on November 28, 2023.
Stakeholders are urged to present their perspectives on security interests related to the complaint within seven days of receiving the investigation questionnaire. Comments on the application, scope of investigated goods, and proposals for the Product Control Number (PCN) should be submitted within 15 days. Responses to the investigation inquiries and relevant information are expected within 30 days from the questionnaire's dispatch.
