On December 19, 2023, the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) made its final determination of the second anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on tinplate coil/sheet from China, Taiwan, and South Korea, deciding to maintain the AD duties confirmed at the official announcement No. 214/PMK.010/2018, which is 6.1%-7.4% for China, 4.4% for Taiwan, and 4.4%-7.9% for South Korea.
The product involved is rolled steel products of iron or non-alloy steel, plated or coated with tin, with a width of 600 mm or more and a thickness of less than 0.5 mm, classified under HS codes 7210.12.10 and 7210.12.90.
This AD measure will be valid for five years.
