On December 31, 2023, Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd.'s new
1780 temper machine, constructed under the overall contracting of
MCC SEDDI, successfully commenced operations. Since its operation,
the unit has been fully engaged in production, delivering products
of satisfactory quality meeting shipping standards.
This temper machine represents MCC SEDDI's third-generation
intelligent high-strength product. It incorporates a series of
high-strength intelligent technologies and products with independent
intellectual property rights developed by MCC SEDDI, enabling
high-precision intelligent production.
The specifications of this temper machine's products range from
1.2mm to 12.7mm (thickness) by 800mm to 1630mm (width), with a
product strength of up to 1200 MPa and a designed capacity of
800,000 tons/year. The main steel types include low-carbon steel,
ordinary carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural
steel, low-alloy high-strength structural steel, automotive
structural steel, and container steel, among others. The completion
of this project has enhanced the product quality of Shenglong
Metallurgy's hot-rolled coils, providing momentum for its
high-quality development. |
