On January 5th, Anyang Steel announced that Henan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has approved the indirect controlling shareholder Henan State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd. to transfer its entire 100% equity in Anyang Steel Group to Henan Steel Group Ltd. through a contribution in kind.
