The EU initiated an expiry review of the anti-dumping (AD) measures on imports of aluminum radiators originating in China, based on a request submitted by AIRAL s.c.r.l. on October 16, 2023, claiming that the expiry of the AD measures would likely cause the dumping to continue or injure the EU industry again.
The period of the review investigation is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and the injury assessment period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the review investigation period.
The investigation should be completed within 12 months and no later than 15 months.
The product involved is classified under CN codes ex 7615 10 10, ex 7615 10 80, ex 7616 99 10, and ex 7616 99 90 (TARIC codes 7615 10 10 10, 7615 10 80 10, 7616 99 10 91, 7616 99 90 01, and 7616 99 90 91).
