According to statement issued by Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission, as of December 31, 2023, 30 coal mines had been registered in Liaoning province with a production capacity of 38 million tons per annum.
Among them, 20 coal mines were in production with an annual registered capacity of 34.2 million tons, and 3 coal mines were under construction with an annual scale of 1.05 million tons.
