According to news from Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics, in 2023, raw coal output in this province reached 761 million tons, up 2.3% year on year, accounting for 16.3% of national total volume. Among them, coal output in Yulin city achieved 606 million tons. Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group yielded 247 million tons of coal, up 5.9% on a yearly basis. The daily average coal output stood at above 1.95 million tons.
Meanwhile, coal sales in this province reached 682 million tons, up 1.5% on a yearly basis. Of this, about 510 million tons flowed to other provinces.
