According to data from Viet Nam Steel (VN Steel), in February, its production dropped by 37% month on month and decreased by 13% year on year to about 186,000 tons. Among them, the output of constructive steel, cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel amounted to about 116,000 tons, 47,000 and 23,000 tons, respectively.
From January to February, the company’s production was over about 481,000 tons, increasing by 12% year on year. In specific, the production of constructive steel, cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel were about 312,000 tons, 114,000 tons and 56,000 tons, respectively.
