On the afternoon of April 1st, the Chongqing Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Liaoning Fangda Group. Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Hu Henghua, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Fang Wei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fangda Group, and witnessed the signing ceremony.

Chen Xinwu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary-General, Director of the Municipal Party Committee Office, and Secretary of the Working Committee of the Municipal Party Committee's Directly Affiliated Agencies, as well as Zheng Xiangdong, Deputy Mayor of Chongqing, attended the meeting. Yuan Jiajun and Hu Henghua welcomed Fang Wei and his delegation to deepen cooperation in Chongqing, expressing gratitude to Fangda Group for its long-term support for Chongqing's development. Yuan Jiajun stated that Chongqing, as a super-large city, has a solid industrial foundation, developed transportation hub, extensive development space, beautiful ecological environment, and integrated urban-rural development. It is at the intersection of national strategies such as the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the construction of the national strategic hinterland, forming a unique advantage system for promoting development. Currently, Chongqing is comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply advancing the construction of the new Chongqing under the guidance of national strategies, vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation, accelerating the construction of the "33618" modern manufacturing cluster system, and implementing high-level China-Singapore connectivity projects. It aims to better leverage the role of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor as a logistics and operational center, accelerate the construction of an inland open highland, and strive to create an important growth pole and new source of momentum to drive high-quality development across the country. Fangda Group's development strategy aligns closely with Chongqing's development. It is hoped that both sides will take this signing as a new starting point, actively integrate resources, deepen cooperation in international aviation hubs, advanced materials, medical care, logistics industries, and state-owned enterprise reform, among other areas. Efforts will be made to provide comprehensive services and support, collaborate with enterprises to promote project landing, and turn the vision into reality.

Fang Wei thanked the Chongqing municipal government for its care and support for Fangda Group's development in Chongqing and introduced the company's development situation. He stated that the practical work style and high enthusiasm for serving enterprises demonstrated by leaders at all levels in Chongqing left a deep impression. Fangda Group will further strengthen its confidence in developing in Chongqing, seize the new opportunities brought about by the construction of the new Chongqing, and make every effort to promote the implementation of the agreements between the two sides, making new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of Chongqing.

According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as airport industries, logistics services, and medical care. Relevant districts and departments of Chongqing and companies have also signed a series of cooperation agreements with Fangda Group and its subsidiaries, involving the construction of international aviation gateway hubs, aviation leasing, medical industries, and other areas.
