It is learned from the first press conference of 2020 in Fujian Province that Fujian has shut down 45 coal mines in 2019 with 4.77 million tons of annual production capacity, and overfulfilled the task of coal mines decapacity.
38 coal mines with 90,000 tons of annual production capacity and 7 coal mines with annual production capacity over 90,000 tons were closed after acceptance check by relevant provincial officials. Fujian also launched verification and measurement of 74 coal mines to remove 60 disqualified coal mine construction projects.
Currently, a 4-month-rehabilitation of coal mine safety inspection, started from December, 2019, is pushed forward in Fujian in an orderly manner.
