Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled coils (HRC), whether alloy or non-alloy, originating in China, India, Japan, and Russia, based on the applications filed by the Turkish Iron and Steel Producers' Association (TCUD), representing domestic producers who claimed that the subject products were sold into the Turkish market at prices below the fair value.
The period of the investigation is from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023.
