China Steel Corporation (CSC), the largest carbon steel manufacturer in Chinese Taiwan, announced hikes in its new leeway prices for February this year, of which hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel prices were up by NT$300/ton, general steel plate price was increased by NT$500/ton, and hot-rolled steel plate price was hiked by NT$300/ton, not far from market expectations.
CSC’s leeway products have a wide range of specifications, and the actual offers are subject to CSC’s final quotations.
