The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the final expedited sunset review results of anti-dumping duty (AD) orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine.
The USDOC finds that the cancellation of the anti-dumping duty orders on the subject products from the given seven countries may be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels. The weighted average dumping margins are up to 114.53% for Belarus, 133.00% for China, 71.01% for Indonesia, 16.99% for Latvia, 232.86% for Moldova, 52.07% for Poland, and 41.69% for Ukraine.
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) of products involved are 7214.20.00, 7228.20.8050, 7222.11.0050, 7222.30.0000, 7228.60.6000 & 7228.20.1000.
