According to statistics from the Korea Iron and Steel Association, South Korea exported approximately 182,000 tons of H-beam steel from January to February 2024, a year-on-year increase of 93.8%. Among them, 42,000 tons were exported to Canada, a year-on-year increase of 280.8%; 23,000 tons were exported to the United States, a year-on-year increase of 38.1%; 23,000 tons were exported to Taiwan, China, a year-on-year increase of 284.8%; 19,000 tons were exported to Türkiye, up 33.2% year on year.
