On March 27, 2024, the Chilean National Commission for Price Distortions (CNDP) made the decision to levy the provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty on forged steel bars for manufacturing grinding balls with a diameter of less than 4 inches from China. The product’s HS Codes under the measure were 7228.30.00.
The AD duties were assigned between 10.3% and 19.8%. The provisional AD duties will apply for a period of up to four months.
