According to an announcement from Thailand’s Committee of Dumping and Subsidy on October 25, 2023, Thailand decided to reimplement the anti-dumping (AD) measures on tin-free steel from China, South Korea, and the EU.
Therefore, the imposition of the AD duties will be resumed, with duty rates of 4.53%-24.73% for China, 3.95%-17.06% for South Korea, and 18.52% for the EU, which are imposed on CIF prices.
The products involved are under the Thai Customs Tariff Codes 7210.50.00.021, 7210.50.00.022, 7210.50.00.023, 7210.50.00.024, 7210.50.00.025, 7210.50.00.026, 7210.50.00.029, and 7210.50.00.090.
