According to statistics from the Korea Steel Association, South Korea' exports of H-beam from January to February 2024 was 182,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 93.8%. Among them, 42,000 tons were exported to Canada, a year-on-year increase of 280.8%; 23,000 tons were exported to the United States, a year-on-year increase of 38.1%; 23000 tons were exported to Taiwan, China, a year-on-year increase of 284.8%; and 19,000 tons were exported to Türkiye, up 33.2% year-on-year.
In January 2024, the export volume of H-beam of South Korea was 106000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 89.1% and a 37% increase compared to January.
