The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced on February 2, 2023 that after the mandatory expiry review, it will continue to impose a five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on concrete reinforcing bars originating in or exported from four countries and two regions.
The AD duty rate set for Belarus, Portugal, Spain, Japan and Chinese Taiwan and Hong Kong is in a range from 0% to 108.5%.
